Return Policy
A1GlassHummingbirdFeeders.com sells only new, first quality merchandise. Your
satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may
return your merchandise** within 21 days of purchase for a refund or exchange minus
shipping charges. (We must receive the return within 30-days of purchase date).  If
you received free shipping, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your
refund.

If your package was shipped correctly and you refuse it upon delivery, you will be
responsible for the shipping charges of the item’s return. You will be refunded back
the item’s original cost and taxes (if applicable) less the return shipping fees and
original shipping charges.

Returned merchandise must be returned in original condition in original packaging.
Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be charged a fee to

Merchandise Authorization number. This number must be clearly referenced on your
return label. No returns are accepted without prior authorization and without following
these return procedures.

Following receipt of merchandise at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the
credit card, on which the original purchase was made for the original amount  minus
shipping charges incurred on the returned items.

Return shipping charges will be incurred at the customer's expense. For your
protection, please ship the merchandise prepaid and insured for the full purchase
price against loss in transit via a trackable carrier, such as UPS or Federal Express.  
We cannot be responsible for
returned packages lost in transit: as you are
responsible for returning the item(s) to us we highly recommend you use a track and
trace facility (UPS, FedEx) with your courier/carrier when returning merchandise.

Return Policy For Defective Items and Items Damaged In Transit
We promptly replace defective items and items damaged in transit. We pack our
shipments very carefully and breakage is rare. However, if merchandise is damaged
in transit or defective, it is our problem not yours. Please notify us immediately at

damage claim. Damage and defective merchandise claims must be reported to us
within 3 days of the delivery date.  

Please note, items shipped USPS First Class Mail are not insurable.  We offer this
shipping option as a low-cost alternative for small parts orders.  We cannot
guarantee against loss or damage on items shipped via this option.

If your UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority package is lost in transit, please contact us so
that we may place a trace on your package. The UPS and FedEx search process
usually takes seven to 10 business days.  

Packages lost in transit shipped via USPS Priority: If your package has been lost in
the mail, you may contact us immediately.  But, we are required to wait a minimum of
30 days since the time of your mailing before filing a claim. This will ensure that your
package is indeed lost and not delayed.

Gift Return Policy
Gift returns are subject to the limitations and requirements described in our Return
Policy above. Additionally, gifts can be exchanged by the gift recipient or for a credit
issued to the purchaser's credit card. Credit cannot be issued to any card other than
the card used for the purchase.

Shipping Address Corrections
If your package was shipped correctly, but is deemed undeliverable by  UPS, USPS,
or FedEx and is returned to A1GlassHummingbirdFeeders, a minimum fee of
$10.00 plus additional shipping charges to resend will be charged to your (the
customer's)  credit card account.  Please refer to our

Your confidence and peace of mind are important to us and vital to the success of
our business.  Payment data is secured, transmitted and verified via a secure credit
card processing network and leading U.S. bank. These entities use the strongest
encryption available and secure systems to protect your data and our business from
the time you enter your order right through completion of the transaction.
A1GlassHummingbirdFeeders.com does not retain credit card information beyond
the 30-day guarantee period.

Accuracy of Product and Service Descriptions
A1GlassHummingbirdFeeders.com strives for accuracy in pricing and describing
products on its website. If an error occurs, A1GlassHummingbirdFeeders.com
reserves the right to take any action, in its sole discretion, to rectify the error,
including canceling your order. In such a circumstance, we will contact you and give
you the option of proceeding with your order with the corrected information.

Pricing and Tax
The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject
to change at any time. Sales tax will be automatically applied to orders with a
California State shipping address.
