Test Tube Helpful Hints:

The glass tubes slide out of the copper tendrils for cleaning and refilling. Always loosen red cap by running it under warm water then carefully remove the red cap.

To refill: Rinse tube carefully with hot water (no need to use soap). Wait for the tube to cool, pour nectar in the tube until it’s completely full, replace the cap, then slide the tube back in the copper tendril.

Important: Adjust the angle of the tube sot that the length of the tube is horizontal or level, when the feeder is hanging.

To clean the tubes:

Use caution when handling these disposable glass test tubes. To clean: Rinse the tubes with hot water. If they are really dirty, clean them with a test tube brush. Then rinse the vial with hot water.   Let tube cool before refilling.

Be kind to your birds and keep your feeder clean!!

Tubes measure 4 inches long .
